With over 30 years of experience in the automotive and Powersports industries, Don brings a deep knowledge, hands-on expertise, and an unmatched passion for the business. His journey started at just nine years old when he discovered his love for motorcycles, a passion that has fueled his impressive career ever since.
Don’s story is one of dedication and continuous growth. Don has always strived for excellence, from working in a Powersports dealer’s service department during high school to becoming a top sales representative and service advisor at a Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership in Michigan. His record-setting performance and ability to build lasting relationships with customers and lenders made him stand out in every role he’s taken on.
In 2015, Don embraced a new challenge in special finance, quickly making a name for himself by breaking dealership records and earning a spot in the main F&I office. By 2017, he had become the Finance Director at the largest Powersports dealership in the Midwest, where he built an advanced finance program that garnered numerous awards and recognition.
Don is bringing that same drive and innovation to Elite FI Partners. Focused on utilizing cutting-edge technology and building strong, lasting partnerships, Don is ready to make an impact. We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the value he will bring to our dealer partners and the entire Elite FI family.
