Joel Squires brings a wealth of experience to Elite FI Partners, with an extensive background in financial analytics, account management, and business development. Starting his career in the automotive industry, Joel honed his skills as a Financial Analyst and Underwriter, managing portfolios for automotive retailers across multiple states, including California, Oregon, Nevada, and Texas. His role involved overseeing up to 450 accounts, handling credit requests, and resolving funding challenges. Joel’s expertise in financial risk scoring models and credit bureau interpretation enabled him to consistently grow his portfolio while providing exceptional customer service.

 

Joel’s journey also includes leadership positions where he supervised teams, implemented operational strategies, and drove productivity improvements. His ability to adapt and lead in fast-paced environments was showcased during his time at CAG Acceptance, where he managed business development and funding operations. Prior to that, Joel worked with Flagship Credit Acceptance, Global Lending Services, and DriveTime, further solidifying his reputation as a skilled financial analyst and buyer.

 

Throughout his career, Joel has demonstrated a strong understanding of vehicle purchasing logistics, mentoring new buyers and assisting with online auction platforms. His proficiency with platforms like Smartauction, Adesa, and Manheim has been instrumental in his ability to streamline vehicle acquisitions and logistics.

 

Joel’s commitment to excellence, coupled with his leadership and analytical abilities, makes him an invaluable asset to the Elite FI Partners team.
