Don Brady brings a wealth of experience, energy, and passion to the Elite FI Partners team. A proud 10-year U.S. Army combat veteran, Don has spent the past 27+ years in the automotive industry, where he continues to “wear many hats” and make a lasting impact.

Don is the President/CEO/Dealer Principal of Don Brady Consulting, Inc., where he serves the automotive needs of his hometown, Alliance, Ohio. He is also the Vice President of Dealer Success for ShipYourCarNow, helping individuals and dealerships nationwide with seamless auto transport solutions. Additionally, Don is the General Manager for NEO Van Rentals, overseeing the Alliance, Ohio branch, specializing in 12- and 15-passenger van rentals. Beyond these roles, Don excels as a National Sales Trainer for The Certified Solutionaries, providing transformative sales training to teams nationwide.
